Need knife holder and towel rack ideas

Looking for the custom made knife holder that fits vertically above the little cupboard.
Also, where is a good place to put a hand towel holder so it doesn't become a flaming torch above the gas stove.
Heading out on our first big trip around Lake Superior. Love all your tips.

I placed a swivel 3 hook thing from Menards on the top above the sink, then either sew button holes into the towels or purchase towels with a loop on them to hang.

Jerry also built a butcher block inside the cupboard for our knives. I don't like the idea of them out in the open - thinking of children grabbing them. But hey, who's kids would dare to do that...
