I have now had up close tours of T&B, a Lil Guy, as well as several home mades.
I know I am not surprising any of the people that all ready own a Camp Inn, but from my perspective non have come close to what I have seen in the Camp Inns. Design ideas, quality and craftmanship.
So I guess this post is one for some one that is a wannabee, or a lurker that is curious.
I realize a resale of anything is dependant on what the market will bear, but it appears that the CI trailer holds it;s resale value much better than other makes.

George,

A couple of years ago Camp-Inn could say that all their units sold used for what they went out the door at, with a couple of exceptions where the owners discounted them on their own.

The market has change some and without a 9 or 10 month waiting period it's now a bit different. However, resale value is still heads and tails above the next RV.

We put the TV & AC in ours only for resale value. A: Sure glad we did. B:I think we could get real close to what we paid if we tried to sell it - minus the 3 g's it took to furnish it.
