Another example of CampInn's customer service...

    While at the CampOutt last month Cary stopped by our site and saw that one of our hatch seals needed fixing. He later stopped by with the tools and re-did both seals right there. I mentioned that 1 of our door screens was ripped and Cary said that Craig had repaired a similar rip recently. We removed it and left it with Cary. We received the beautifully repaired screen via overnight shipment before the end of the week! In time for our week-long trip to Michigan's U.P., where we used the screens every day. What a group of people.

    If I wasn't already part of a company that operated this way, I'd quit and get hired by Camp-Inn. :) Taking care of customers in this way is so much fun, and also more profitable in the end.
