FOR SALE 560 Ultra (2017) for sale in Minnesota

We are offering our 2017 Camp Inn 560 Ultra Raindrop Teardrop Camper (#874). We are the second owners to love this camper. We’ve traveled west to Oregon, east to NYC and south through the Appalachians to the Smokies and to Florida. Original owners purchased directly from Camp Inn and traveled about the upper Midwest about 10K miles. All maintenance done at CampInn. We live in Minnesota. The camper does not have a factory installed LP gas tank, stove or water tank. We carry our own small LP tank along with a stove and Blackstone griddle. That leaves us with three additional storage areas under the bed.

For three months this winter the trailer was covered outdoors in a secure storage facility but every other winter the camper has been garaged indoors. The camper is in excellent condition and Walbernized last fall. About 3,000 miles on new tires. All upgrades from CampInn except the Yakima heavy duty roof tent and Annex:

I like it!

Low maintenance - no propane means no furnace or thermostat issues, no gas-lines to replace, no stove maintenance...
No sink means no waterlines or tanks to winterize. Gives a nice big working area for chef style cooking on the stoves you choose.

Very easy to setup shade with the superb bundawn, and expand footprint by side tents and screened room.

Its glamping KISS style.
GLWS!

Actually it's not a side tent like we originally had from Camp Inn. This attaches to the underside of the Yakima Rooftop tent that we have. Yakima calls this the 'Annex' for the tent. It's larger than the side tent from Camp Inn. You can take a look at Yakima rooftop tents and two sizes of annex from this link:
The tent on the camper adds a large sleeping space for two people or more children. The annex is below the tent for protected entry into the camper.

Hope this is helpful.
