This unit was built in 2018, but not actually sold until late 2021 and delivered in the spring of 2022. It was first titled in 2022. We used it 3 times. It has all of the typical ultra features, along with a variety of CampInn extras, together with numerous extras we added. It is garage stored, plugged in, winterized and ready for a new home. I believe it is in like-new condition with improvements.
Features include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
AGM Battery, Electric Wireless Brakes,
Air Conditioning (never used), Fantastic Rain Sensing Fan,
Radio/Sound System/Power Antenna/Interior and Galley Speakers (never used), Television/DVD Player (never used),
Mahogany Paneling, Galley Wind and Door Screens,
Accessibility Grab Bars, Spare Tire, Rear Bumper and 2 Inch Receiver,
Utensil Trays in Bins, Flip Down Mirror,
Set Up for Solar, Factory Privacy Side Tent (not used),
Roof Rack - Yakima,
Battery Isolator, CTEK Charger and Tri-Metic Controller.
We have also added the following:
8 foot Ironman Awning, Yeti Cooler,
Froli Mattress Underlayment-System, Propane Leak Detector.
There may be some factory options and other things we added that don't come to mind. If you have any questions we will be happy to answer them. We are having some difficulty posting pictures. If you respond to the email we can attach pictures to a reply. The price we are looking for is $28,000. I thought that was in the listing. I'm sorry it wasn't, that was an oversight.
 
We are about 30 minutes due west from Ocala. It has the cloth seating surface. We use the Renogy solar suitcase set up. We plug that in and aim the panels appropriately.

I'm in the Carrabelle area for the entire month of March and may be able to break away and drive over to see your unit. I'm curious what your flexibility level is, if I can arrange for a visit. No promises. Just trying to get my calendar in order.

I thought it might be helpful to post an update. A number of people have emailed and asked if the camper is still for sale and if the price is flexible. The answer is yes. It is still here and we are flexible. We happen to be snowbirds. Our plan is to head north sometime during the first week of May. We will not bring the camper with us. Ideally, we'd like to find it a new home before we leave. So if anyone is trying to decide, we are certainly more flexible now than when we first posted. Thanks to those of you who have already reached out. If we can provide any more information please let us know.
