Includes - pin and hitch lock, fully furnished kitchen (pots, pans, French press, utensils, dishes for 4), 2 person Coleman sleeping bag, sheet set, towels (bath, hand, wash, dish towels – new ), fire extinguisher, extension cord, wheel chocks, stainless steel cooler, pop up awning, 2 pudgy pie makers, original paperwork and pictures from the build, 2 sets of keys, and a few other extras not listed.
Upgrades - SUV Off-Road Package (14” high versus 11”), stainless steel bumper, receiver hitch, alcan cover, camper cover & storage bag, full size spare tire, door screens, 2 side tables, teardrop hitch cover (red).
Excludes - There is no heat or A/C, however when it’s cold we may use an electric blanket or small 6” heater, alternatively we have camped in the 30s with just our sleeping bag and have been snug and warm.
The camper is clean inside and out, it’s always been stored inside, and used outside 145 nights. The exterior of the camper was recently cleaned and polished, so it has a near showroom finish, which will age to a natural patina without annual cleaning. There is some surface rust on the frame near the hitch and on the hubcaps, and some cracking where the storage box fits to the trailer.
