Those Land Cruisers sure are sweet. But damned pricey. Keeping eye out for eventual 2027 Subaru Outback Hybrid. Was disappointed in Forest Wilderness Hybrid — only 1500-pound towing capacity.

It does have two accessory sidewalls that should work well. Haven't tried over more of camper but it could go back a bit more.

Finally got around to sizing up my Big Agnes Sage Deluxe to my 560. Good fit and lots of coverage. (Has additional add-on side flaps for low sun or rain.

Good point on cold weather. As current (non 2021 OG thread models) goes, new Subaru (*cough* Toyota) Trailseeker is pretty good contender. Especially for us down South.

That's interesting and haven't seen much. One advantage: The roof on the teardrop is generally lower than the roof on car or SUV.
