    Announcement Ordered Our 560 Ultra

Dave, Honda and Yamaha both make good units. Although it seems the epitome of arrogance and laziness, I have looked into an electric start with remote. It does add to the cost, but on a cold morning and you want to add heat and start the coffee, the push of a button seems very cool. Oh yeah...

    Update How Is The Wait?

Barry, Annie, I forgot about the contract. I remember calling, more than once, just to be sure they mailed it, and then to be sure they got it. That was a pretty exciting time. I have a copy of it somewhere.

    Newbie from connecticut

Dave, I do use a dish with our Camp-inn. I sometimes even use the receiver with an inverter, 100w. The TV is already on the DC system in the camper. I can hike back "home" after full day in the woods to Fox News, Discovery, and the Weather Channel, miles from nowhere.(Who remembers that song?)...

    Update How Is The Wait?

All, I don't know how to say what I am thinking, but here goes. I discovered Camp-Inn on line. I was able to visit the web site then go about my business without thinking about it for days and even weeks. I even spent enough time away to forget the website address. As my visits to the website...

Thanks, Yes they come in a few sizes. They lock very well and can double as seats at camp. They are even shipable. Steve

    100 nights

Evan, For #17 above, I set a large Action Packer out the week before we camp. My wife and I fill it during the week. I also have a smaller Action Packer just for my wife to put wife stuff in. When these two are filled that's it. When they are filled, I bring the camper to the house and load them...

    Well that didn't work

Last Sunday afternoon I decided to cut the grass. I usually move one of the cars or company truck out of the way. When I do this I cover one angle where a rock could get thru to the 550. I moved our 2002 Forester. I was doing something whereby I left the back hatch open. When I put the mower up...

Hello from the land of the Blue Hairs...

Welcome, This is a valuable site for stuff about teardrops and specifics about Camp-Inns. I have a brother and daughter in Alaska. We are planning a trip next fall or fall after. Need to carry over vacation to get the time needed to enjoy without rushing.

    Oops!

The one thing I have done more than once is drive out of my garage with the 120v cord plugged in. I don't think that is on the CI check list. What others did you add Eileen? I would certainly add the shore power cord.

    Interesting.....

This has been a great thread. The best so far. Sometimes "if it weren't for bad luck there would be not luck at all. Gloom despair and agony on me" This is from 25 years of HEE-HAW. Steve

    How to Winterize?

After I winterize the water system, I still camp. We just do it sans water in the camper. Sometimes on warm trips I start up the water system with a good flush and add the antifreeze when we get back. It seems neither time consuming nor laborious. Steve

Barry, We use a Northern Breeze. It takes a little more time to set but it is more than an eze-up. If you search the forum you can find some good info on the Northern Breeze. We also use an eze-up for quick shelter. Steve

    Interesting.....

To all, I am a person who is "up and on the positive side." I have enjoyed this forum from the beginning. My wife and I are member #11. I stepped away from tents some time back. I researched all the teardrops I could find. I looked for anything online negative about any teardrop. I did find a...
