Eileen,
Glad you had a great time. Thanks for the report and great pictures!
Would love to hear more details on what worked/didn't work for you for a 20-day trip. We've just started planning for a 3-4 week trip to the southwest sometime next spring or summer.
Welcome JodyLee,
In January we were searching for a new RV and fortunately stumbled upon teardrops. Like many other reports, we ended up buying a Camp-Inn within a week of seeing one.
Best of luck with your decision!
Steve,
I looked at several options for a water container and settled for this one:

The spout stores inside the top when not needed. Overall I'm happy with it - but it's not perfect. I wish it had a real air vent which would...
Thanks everyone for the update. I have the same problem with my cooler. Plus one of the handles does not work correctly. Coleman's quality seems to be very mixed. I bought a collapsable stand to use with their water heater. It's also a piece of junk.
Evan,
Wow! I'm impressed with both your results and with your courage to tackle such a project. I don't even have the courage to drill holes for a paper towel holder! Maybe after a few years I'll feel differently.
Again, nice job!
Welcome Capt Charlie and Karen,
We've had our 560 for just a few weeks and love it. Earlier this year we decided to start camping again, having camped in tents and tent-trailers for many years. We started looking in January and luckily came accross teardrop trailers as an option. We were very...
Steve,
We've had our 560 for only 2 weeks and camped in it just once - so take my comments accordingly.
1. Bumper - the bumper is very sturdy and appears that it will protect the body from a light bump. Cary told me it will help protect against accidents while backing up, but won't...
Congrats on a successful first outing. We had our first outing as well last weekend. In terms of adding pictures, you've already done the hard part. Once you've uploaded to the gallery, see this link step 9, then follow the link for more details...
Thanks Bruce and Evan,
I did some more troubleshooting tonight. Tried tightening the nipple but it was snug. I tried the adaptor on a different hose and it worked fine. So my conclusion is the white RV hose I was trying isn't threaded enough to allow for a tight connection. Now I just need to...
Has anyone had problems with the adaptor to use a hose connection from trailer to coleman water heater? Tried it for the first time over the weekend. Water heater works great, but there is a lot of play in the hose adaptor fitting. No matter how tight I connect the hose, water just gushes out...
Thanks all for this thread. We had our maiden voyage over the weekend and set up the side tent for the first time. We love it! Still working out the best flooring. Overall we seemed to get a good fit - though after reading this thread I think it was due to luck more than anything else. We had...
Kent,
Thanks for the reply. I don't know that I've ever seen LED auto lights.
We've only had our trailer now for about a just under 2 weeks, so it's hard to think about spending money on upgrades already. Safety reasons are another matter, however. Going to give this more thought.
Thanks...
