I had similar question when I got a new battery. The wooden block at the top is meant to move . Loosen. the screws on that top piece which is preventing you sliding it in, and and adjust it, you can fit in a taller battery. (Worked for me when I did a new battery)

yes, ear drum type. It’s not enough for ventilation, just enough so that the door can close. From what I remember, without that, they are built so nice and air tight that it was difficult to actually close the door!

Honestly, campinn has been rock solid for years. IMO, improvements, Teardrop Travel Trailers by Camp-Inn, have been options, or want-to-have, not necessarily need-to have. If you find one in the for sale section that fits, you can always check it out in person first, and contact CI directly...

“Most” state parks have a shower building. It might be in a different loop than the one you are in, so perhaps a drive to get to it. If there really isn’t one, or you take one look and realize you don’t want to share the facilities with some bugs or something which invaded ( it can happen)...

I use packing cubes. I haven't bothered yet, but I could put luggage tags on them to Id what is shirts vs pants.etc. Since they are mesh, you can usually just eyeball what is what. for two people, you could at a minimum have different colors for the bags. I have a 550, but I would think that...

Cool idea. How about you find a local woodworker, or metalworker artist to custom make one? I would guess there are likely rules around inside and /or outside dimensions which the postal service requires boxes to adhere to, so there may be some research required. If you can’t find anyone...
