@LisaNKevin, If you’re on an iOS device you should try using the app for making your map. Implemented - States Visited Map App for iPhone/iPad Once your map is done, save it to your photos. Then you can upload it to a thread in user maps and then copy the link into your signature. Let me...

Hi, Jim. Welcome to the forum! Normally people don’t show up on the map because their Home Location field is not filled in - but yours was. I’m not sure why you weren’t on there... it should have happened automatically. But you’re there now. I added you manually.

Dometic referred me to a local service center which was just a RV repair shop. The guy I talked to didn’t have a clue. He was supposed to do some research and get back to me, but he never did. I’ve been too busy to follow up on this, so for now our Dometic is just an expensive coolor.

When you lower the hitch onto the ball, make sure it starts a bit behind the ball. Let gravity help it creep forward onto the ball as you lower it.
