Prosser Hot Air Balloon Festival
I did this trip 2 years ago and really enjoyed the event.
The balloons and the river settings were awesome... the colors and the clear sky really helped.
Camped at CHARBONNEAU PK (WA), WA which is really a nice one.
Will be staying at Hood Park , right off the highway. Apx 45 min from Prosser, but worth it.
