Time To Go Fish-inn

JoeB-NW

Novice
I am finally getting a chance to stretch the teardrops legs this year. Heading to Idaho for a week long fly fishing trip, perhaps Montana as well. Following that I will have a nice slow extreme northern route return to Washington. Six days until departure, not that I am counting.

Looking around the forum today I was reminded of two things; First, I have not checked my wheel bearings since leaving the nest, 2 years and about 15,000 miles. Perhaps today would be a good time to do so.
Second, the reasons we purchased the Camp-Inn in the first place. Through all of your posts, dating back in some cases many years, you have re-kindled my love for the open road, camping, simplicity. Thank you all.

See you on the road.

Joe B, is that tree in your avatar a Rainbow Eucalyptus???? If so, it's my favorite tree and I have not seen one since Maui.

Safe travels.

Have an awesome time. Being on the road and seeing our beautiful country is pretty marvelous!

Ah, Rainbow Eucalyptus - a beautiful tree. Found a Grove on Maui a few years ago and go back whenever we are there!
Where are you Fishing in Idaho? We're near Portland, OR currently and are going to be around Coeur d' Alene next week some time. I have no idea about where to fish in that area.

I'm not sure myself. I am meeting my father in-law in Idaho Falls and he is going to act as fishing guide in that area.

You must have traveled the Road to Hana then! Such a beautiful place, I found a small park or botanical garden with a whole grove of Eucalyptus on my way to Hana. Hope to go back there someday.
