Storage containers

Pick

Novice
Just picked up a couple of storage containers that seem to be perfect for camping allthough I'll use them in the house till we go. They have a two stage seal that keeps the air out. Great for moist outdoor conditions. A little pricey for me but they should last a long time. AirScape is the name. I bought mine though a web store called the Grommet. Might be other outlets. www.planetarydesign.com for info.

Now that is the best idea I have seen in a long time. I have bookmarked the page and will review as I figure out what I want to store and what size containers I need. Thanks for the link. I accidentally left my olive oil in my trailer between trips. It had an old smell to it and I had to throw it out.

Hmm... Interesting. I like their "French Press" set up...

While I have my "Nissan" one I'll keep these in mind if I need another one... like the "Air Begone" canisters... for coffee beans and Brown Sugar.. hehheh..

Thanks for the link.

fun.

We use the AirScape containers to store our whole coffee beans in and the tea we got from Uncle Nico when we were at Mossyrock. They really work well keeping the beans fresh. Not cheap but worth it.

I think we got ours from Stash Tea. I use it for the sugar (that I buy in packets) ...to help prevent ants!

I too use the planetary canister for coffee and I have their French press mug. I love them. You can also buy them on amazon. Great to put on ones Christmas list.
