We pulled into the battlefield a saw another Camp Inn. Met Randy Johnson and his wife later while driving through the battlefield and spoke briefly. That makes three I've seen in over two years.

Yep, they are starting to show up more often. And those who don't own one, recognize them on the spot. Carry, you guys are getting quite a name for quality.

I always wanted to visit that battle site. Custer had it coming.

It is an amazing place Sue. They are always finding more artifacts there still. One thing I was most taken with, the tombstones for the Native warriors all have their names listed. They knew who fell where. The US markers are nameless, save Custer. I think there is a list somewhere, but white stones as far as the eye can see. It is hallowed ground. For both sides. The Native Memorial that was recently installed is gorgeous also.

I am now pining for Montana. I am falling more and more in love with that place. Need to go again next summer. Maybe Glacier since I am not doing that on my trip to CICO this year.

Wow Jason, three spottings in the wild! That may almost be a record, any one have any idea if that has been topped? Other than at teardrop gatherings of course.

Nice that you met up with Randy too. Randy is a fun guy so that would have been a neat meeting.

I myself saw my first Camp-Inn in the wild outside a teardrop gathering a couple weeks ago while on family vacation in South Dakota. Run into the Hoys (as in Joy-A-Hoy) in the Badlands. I knew it was them right off but they didn't get to see me nor did I get to talk to them. But, they stopped at the factory on the way home from their trip to have the trailer checked over so I still got to talk to them.

Hi, Sue. We visited last year. The ranger gave a really good presentation. After we heard it we had a bit more empathy for Custer.

Custer gathered his last ten men around him and said, "Men, I have bad news and good news. The bad news is: we're all about to die. The good news is: We don't have to ride back through Nebraska!!!"
