EXPIRED Side Tent

Hi Kelle,

That one is a bit hard to find. Unless you specifically want or need the model CampInn sells, you might consider making one. My wife and I ended up making our one out of a Lightspeed privacy tent. I posted a video of it here:

That's a neat side tent you guys made. Unfortunately, I just don't think I have enough sewing skills to pull that off. Also is it waterproof or do those come with rain fly's?

 

Jay n Valerie, thanks for discovering and sharing this change tent by Lightspeed. I ordered one due to the speed and simplicity of set up. I don't plan to perform the sewing modification. It will be set up about a open door length away (3 to 4 feet) from the trailer. I can get up and walk from the trailer to the tent to change. And no, I won't be streaking between the trailer and tent.

 

Jay n Valerie, very cool tent mod you guys have there. How well does the tent hold out rain water, specifically over the door with the extension between the tent and the trailer?

 

We bought a Cabela's privacy tent to use just a couple of feet from my door too. Think it will work out well!
