Secure Storage

I had been looking for a way to secure high value items and to comply with state laws in some places. I added this V-line steel box between the lower cabinets. It is almost a perfect fit. It has a push button lock and a slide out drawer. The whole box can be removed from the mount with two easy attachment screws. It’s handy for keys, wallets, phones and whatever.

This is a good idea --- one I haven't paid any attention too, since MOST of my camping is in state parks which are pretty well run. Since I'm expecting more dispersed camping this summer, this is probably a good idea.

I'd scrape my knee on anything under the TV area --- I'd have to set it back a few inches...

Even if I am not carrying a firearm...Cash, wallets, keys --- for those times you go to the shower house for a quick night stop...

Yep. Years ago when I drove Route 66 I started after Illinois and stopped short of California.

Good thinking. Sad part is most of both of those states is controlled by a majority is small geographic boundaries of very dense population. Chicago and Springfield both remind me of Mos Eisley.
