We are just back from a great trip to Big Bend National Park in TX for Thanksgiving, and I'm doing a thorough cleaning of the camper after lots of camping this year. When I took off the LP tank to get it refilled, I noticed the rubber liner that goes around the inside of the metal 'belt' that holds the tank is a little worn and the glue that holds the rubber to the metal band needs to be replaced. What is the best way to re-attach that rubber to the metal band that holds the LP tank in?

    Thanks!

    Steve,

The glue that holds that in place is a simple rubber cement. A little of this or a spray 3M adhesive will do the trick.

Thanks Cary - the spray 3M adhesive worked like a charm!
