Hey there all. I am building myself a teardrop so I can up and go. Everything is coming pretty good except for a couple small details. Where, and what do you recommend for my outside skins? I'm 4' high and 115" long. My roof on the other hand will need 60" wide by 120". Then around 60" by 60" for the hatch. My other issue is this. My doors. I made them with the forward and bottom straight. My top and back vertical are rounded. What should I use for trimming the door and opening? How much smaller should my door be for my opening, in order to get it to fit good. My walls and door are 1 1/2" thick. I would really appreciate any help I can get. I can also be reached at shermand34@gmail.com.

Thanks. Looking forward to seeing what you have for me.

    Dennis,

You might want to try to post your questions regarding building a teardrop on the Teardrops and Tiny trailers forum:

    http://www.tnttt.com/index.php

There are a lot of people over there who built their own teardrops and are happy to help.

The people on this forum purchased their teardrops from Camp Inn and don't necessarily know all the ins and outs of building one.
