Outback 7 Pin Mounting Bracket

Towbert

Novice
Just purchased a 2016 Outback 3.6 WITH Factory Hitch & 4 pin wiring. Noticed the 4 pin factory mount has a nice metal bracket that bolts to factory hitch. Thinking of finding a local metal shop to duplicate this metal bracket - only taller to accommodate the 7 pin - end result will duplicate the OEM install without drilling new car.
If anyone else would like one, I will get pricing for a dozen.
Just let me know.

You will love the 3.6! Tows like a dream. I did the conversion myself, suggest running the wiring through the interior a little more work, but protected from elements. I also struggled with the 7 pin mounting bracket and decided to mount it In to the rear bumper as I didnt want it hanging down below hitch. We have a 2013 OB. Took sometime but ended up looking great, hardly noticeable. R
