Nice shots Sarah. That's a lot of tulips! Somehow it seems odd to see them next to pines - I guess because I've only seen pictures of these many tulips in Holland?
 
Beautiful! We've only seen the tulips in the Skagit Valley near Mt. Vernon, WA. This is as impressive.
 
It is even more impressive when Mt Hood is out. This day was a bit overcast (which was better for the pictures). It is such a fun thing!
 
When I left Holland a couple weeks ago, when we took off in the plane, and banked the airport (Schippol, in Amsterdam), the fields boardering the airfield were in bloom. Whole pastures of the different colors of tulips. Absolutely breath taking.
 
Reminds me of the tulips at Monticello, Thomas Jefferson's home in Virginia - very beautifully landscaped with lots of different varieties.
