    Greetings to all,

After much research and consideration, my wife Joan and I recently purchased a 550 Ultra (#113) from Oliver & Corrie in Arizona.

We live in Maryland so it was a great adventure driving out to AZ to purchase our camper... and we're thrilled we did. After our purchase of the camper, and a trip to a local garage to have the wheel bearings repacked, we began our life with a CI teardrop. We are looking forward to our next weekend trip next month.

Our decision to purchase a Camp-Inn camper was based on several things: Quality of construction, features, weight, CI's look great, and what I found here on the forum - all of your posts, information, and support you give each other. What a great forum! I was also impressed with the support and information I was given pre-purchase of a used trailer from the CI factory.

Until now, we have been tent campers but I think the tent will be given to one of our kids...

Our tow vehicle is a 2007 Honda Element SC, automatic, 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, brake controller, and trailer battery charging circuit. It all works great and the camper tows well. Thanks to the CI factory for the advice on wiring the trailer socket.

Our planned upgrades are a stainless cooler and a screen house (great posts in the forums on the various screen houses - thanks to all).

We hope to meet some of you in the future...

    Eric & Joan

    Welcome, Eric & Joan!

We have recently been have checking out the state parks in your state, and discovered that Maryland has some excellent places to camp! Just this summer, we have camped at Greenbrier SP, Elk Neck SP, and Janes Island SP, and drove through Pocomoke River SP. We have enjoyed each of them and plan on returning. Maybe we will run into you two on one of our future camping expeditions!
Happy camping, in your "new" Camp-Inn!!
