New Hampshire is the most beautiful state we have seen so far.

Thanks! I think so, too. :) But, as I am a native of New Hampshire, I'm not really unbiased... :D

The White Mountains are really beautiful. Especially in the fall. The Mt. Washington auto road is worth the drive. Also, the Cog Railway (although a bit pricey) is well worth the trip. The Old Man of the Mountains was a favorite, too. Sad that it is gone. But as much as I love the mountains, the ocean has my heart, having been raised along the coast. :)

Actually, much of northern New England is beautiful!

You can take the gal out of New England but you can't take New England out of the gal. ;)

Anna and Steve,
I like your shots, especially seeing the wild animals in "their" home. Thanks for sharing

Great shots! It looks like you had a wonderful trip. Lake Placid and the White Mtns. are 2 places we've backpacked in the last couple of years, and seeing your shots just makes me want to get back out there! The shot of the moose is awesome.
