So, to add to our camping experieance, we purchased a UUNI PRO cooker. The company advertises this as a wood fired pizza oven but you can do much more than pizza with it. Only drawback is the expense. But fun to cook with.

First, to respond to Mariusz's comment - yes it's big, but with the chimney removed and the feet folded up, the unit measured 29 inches by 19 inches by 9 inches. The unit comes with 4 9x9 flat stones which fit inside when cooking, 2 doors, a charcoal tray, a cover for the burner section, and the chimney. I can fit everything inside the cooker ( being careful of course) for transport. The company also make a unit called the Uuni 3 which is much smaller. For added protection when transporting, a military surplus Pelican Hard Case, Model 1730 or 1780, would fit the Uuni Pro nicely, but these are expensive, too.
As for the propane attachment, that was just released by Uuni last month an may not be available in the United States yet.
You should check out all the videos on recipes that can be made with these units. Amazing.
One last thing, Uuni just changed their name to Ooni, Something about the University of Utah folks were unhappy with the Uuni name, but that's just rumor.
