8 weeks after ordering and a 3 hour wait at the DMV. Someone out there in California already has "TNY CMPR"

Don't be discouraged. You can't put that plate on the camper, anyway.

Cali does not allow personalized plates on the camper.

We moved our personalized plate to the tow vehicle, and our tear has a boring plate. :(

The California DMV had no problem assigning a personalized plate to our raindrop.

I'm quite happy with the plate, DMV doesn't have a problem with a personalized plate on trailers as evidenced by the PTI sticker (permanent trailer plate). I was just commenting that our first choice was TNY CMPR which was already taken, so we went with TNI CMPR. It did take a long time (8 weeks) and couldn't be picked up at AAA, had to go to DMV. Learned a hard, 3 hour lesson about never going without an appointment!

An appointment?! Seems ludicrous doesn't it?

Not if you have been to the California DMV without one!

Yeah, crazy as that sounds, I'm sure you are right.

I just found out that if you live in Indiana with expired Washington tags on your Camp-Inn, the WA-DOT website is happy to take your money and mail the tags out of state to you.
