We are selling our deluxe membership with KM because we will soon be moving out of the Northwest area and will no longer be able to use it. This is a lifetime VIP membership, which means that you don't get charged for electricity, cable, etc... - when most other members do.
They have 8 resorts in Washington that are free to use all year round on a 2 weeks on, 1 week of schedule. We have used three of the resorts and they were all very nice with good facilities, pools, etc...
Visit their site for more info:

Our membership also include seven years of free cabin rental. (One week / year). The cabins are quite nice, but we only used them the first year. There are 4 years left. They are very good about letting you invite family and friends. Once we stayed for three days with 4 other families - (2 teardrops, 1 tent and 2 cabins) and didn't pay a penny.
If you live in the NW and would like to have several year round options with power, cable, water, a pool, and an indoor club house, this may be for you. Availability has never been an issue for us.
The membership also includes the ability to access Resorts of Distinction and Coast to Coast - nationwide resort systems for free or $15 a night, respectively. We used these resorts on our maiden voyage. The level of quality in the national system varies significantly, but most are nice.
Asking $1500 firm (we paid about $5k).
There are membership dues, but I can't remember how much. (Somewhere near $250 / year)
Please PM if interested.
