Just finished installing an Alcan cover on our 550 this morning and it looks nice! We picked up some dings on our trip out West (I don't know how as it was never driven on anything but pavement), and decided to add the cover to prevent any further trauma, as well as any additional dings to the trailer.

The instructions included were straightforward, and with Cary's expert phone advice everything went very smoothly.

When you wash your 550 or its exposed to rain loosen the elastic tabs underneath the trailer to allow the area to dry, this will prevent corrosion from forming. In the spring time when salt deposits are still on the road a good wash followed by an airing will help also. Salt water trapped underneath the Alcan Cover is not a good thing.

Thanks for the tips! It's killing us that our weekend is tied up with graduation parties...
