I just did some boondocking in BLM land near Sedona. The road was pretty rough. 3.5 miles in and it took an hour. Do the math. 
Anyway, when I got to my campsite, I noticed the trailer ball was pretty black and there was no grease on it anymore. I purchased a small container of grease and it sounded much better when I headed out.
But it occurred to me that if the trailer hitch latch broke, I am in trouble. Has anyone considered having a spare latch? And is so, how do I find the correct one?.
