Great Tips For Booking Campsites

Campsite reservations are SO hard to get these days. Video has some good Tips and helpful apps.

 

For shorter trips I wholeheartedly agree that booking weekdays is the way to go. Less competition for sites.

And, for anybody using rec.gov for booking national sites I cannot emphasize enough, the importance of having your clock (computer/phone or whatever you use) synced to the clock used by the rec.gov site. Being off by even 30-60 seconds can be critical when trying to book popular locations (even on the weekdays).
