So in a few weeks I will have to winterize my camper, including removing the battery since I will storing my camper in an unheated storage unit that does not have electricity.

My question is, If I remove the battery at my home will the lights still function with the camper connected to the TV 7 pin connector so I can drive it to the storage facility?

I believe that the trailer will work fine with the 7-pin connected and no battery. The one wild card is if you have a battery isolator installed in the trailer. The isolator may be unhappy without the battery but I think it will turn on and be fine. You won't hurt anything so give it a try, but try it early so if it doesn't work you can go to plan B.
