DO storage?

I am curious, where does everyone carry their Iron? In you TV or inside trailer or in rear storage. Will the rear storage hold a 14", 12"

We haven't taken our out yet. It would fit in the rear, but not sure how much other stuff it would displace.

For us, it depends on where we are going & what we are planning on making/how many we are planning on feeding. Two 12" DO's in their traveling cases fit nicely when stacked in one of the under counter storage bins. Smaller DO's will fit well, too. Griddle sits nicely on top of the cooler. Frying pan always stays in it's designated pan slot, so it never leaves the teardrop.

Depending on what we are taking for food, the 12" DO's may go in the tow vehicle. But we do prefer to have the heavier stuff in the galley of the tear rather than the tow vehicle. Either way, once we get where we are going, they end up getting stacked under our table.

The extra DO gear (tongs, gloves, chimney, charcoal, lid lifters, trivets, oil pan, firestarters, etc.) is carried in a rugged but lightweight duffle bag that I bought brand new at Goodwill for $2.00. Keeps all that odd sized & messy stuff in one spot. Plus, the bag is machine washable, should I decide it needs a good cleaning. The bag either travels on the bed or the trunk of tow vehicle, as it is bulky but light.
