DAM GATHERING

No, not bad at all. Got a late start because of all the tours this morning. I was in the car, it was running and the guy across the way came over and it became apparent that he wanted a tour. Had several more after that.

Ah! I was wondering. Isn't it about 30 minutes from PDX? How do you like it? Looks nice from the pictures. We haven't been there yet.

I stayed in Champoeg last night. I am now in Grants Pass.

Champoeg is a nice park. Lots of bike paths, frisbee golf course.

Ah, my mistake! That is why I couldn't figure out the driving all day bit! Makes sense now! See you on Wednesday!

....one campsite at a time... looks like weather might include some "Sun"...
That'd be different...

I didn't take many pictures at the DAM gathering but below are a few:

Camp Inn Corner:

Other teardrops:

I stayed at Indian Mary county park on the way home. It is out of the way for a stop over but it is a really nice park. No cell service though:

Breakfast guests:

Overall, the Dam Gathering was great. I enjoyed meeting everyone and don't let Sarah fool you. Finn is a delightful little boy. Experiencing camping through the eyes of a child adds a new dimension to camping.

Kewl campground...heheh, the 2nd one that is.....
A lotta really creative "Drops" there from what I saw... fun....

Great pictures,Joan. Looks like a good weekend. Evan had recommended Indian Mary a year or so ago; glad you stopped and took a picture. Kathy
