I just tried to put our 560 in couch mode and found that the 2" mattress topper inhibits the frame from dropping in the notched blocks. How have others dealt with this?

We had the same. Issue. We just ended up using it in a modified couch/bench mode without the slight incline you get on the base by using the notches. I guess in theory you could also shave a little bit off your mattress topper as well.

Yes, on a 560 you need to trim 3" off the length of a mattress topper to use the sofa mode.

OK, that's what I thought. Thanks, Cary!

I took out the foam, inserted a ½ inch high density foam, then inserted the thermo foam topper. With the ½ inch ventilation layer under the mattress it works out about right.
