cooking when it's windy

    I've noticed that when it's windy the burners on the stove can blow out....so I lift the counter top to make a wind block. It works great!

    Great tip - thanks! We have the galley windscreens that block the side winds, but this will work great for wind coming from the rear.

    Yeah - great idea! Now to get the 560 so I can do all these neat things! Sell house, sell!!!

    I see you discovered the secret of keeping the wind from blowing out your burners. :) I don't think it is in the owners manual but probably should be as many of CI owners do this. :)
