Chinese Chestnuts

David Olson

Novice
I have Chinese Chestnuts ready if anyone is interested I can bring a bunch with to CICO. They are good to eat and pretty easy to grow. Bigger than the American Chestnut but does not grow into the quality of tree as the American Chestnut.
You do not want to plant one of these trees in your yard where you or a pet would walk. Wildlife of all kinds go crazy for them.
