Campground Wish List

I am considering purchase of a small lot near the ocean in Florida to establish a "small trailer" campground and limiting trailer size to 20-25'. Lot is 80 x 120 so I am thinking of 6 spaces 15' x 30', car parking and a small storage/bath building. I am new to the small trailer community so I am reaching out to find a reliable source of information on likes and dislikes in a campground setting as well as information that would assist me design the site.

QQ: How best to design community baths? Small swimming pool? What about patios, privacy, BBQ, utilities? What is the required turn radius for a 25' trailer? What is reasonable nightly fee?
