Camp Inn Cooking with cast iron

    This is the first trip that I have really cooked in the galley. I made a skillet chili for the first night pot luck:

    Next I made toast, bacon and eggs for breakfast. Those toasters work really well as long as you watch the bread so it does not burn:

    Final product: poached eggs on bacon and toast with cheddar cheese on top:

    My grandma used to cut a hole in the middle of the toast and cook the egg in there. Toad in the Hole. So darn tasty...and that chili looks good, too.
