So got a bit of cabin fever and decided to take the Ci out last night to the Colorado State Campground about 30 minutes north. St Vrain State Park is located in a bunch of man made lakes from old gravel mining, probably when they were building I25. The sites are HUGE. probably a good 50 feet plus between sites. And nearly every one backs up to one of the ponds.
Downside is that it is pretty close to I25 so some road noise. Sites are about 50/50 electric only or full hookup. And this time of year it's first come first serve and only $20 for electric site.
So here's this mornings photo with the moon setting over the snow capped Rocky Mountains.
