Battery charging from home; new owner; 550

I just took delivery of my 550, at home. I have a question about recharging my battery.

It is plugged in to the outlet below the rear bumper (and plugged into my house). It has been plugged in for over two hours. The electrical outlet in the kitchen is charging my iPod. The lights do not work. The battery meter has no reading on it. (dark)

The GFI switch at the kitchen counter outlet is fine, as is the little white circular switch above it. I have reset the kitchen counter GFI switch a few times, with no result.

Is there another switch that I need to be checking for?

I appreciate your thoughts.

Open the right hand counter lower storage bin in the galley and make sure the main battery switch is on.

no, but the electrical outlets in the trailer have power. It charges my iphone. But I'll double check the electrical cord, now.

HA! Kind of hard to miss that switch if I'd just opened that hatch. I somehow missed that in the book. That's what I get for reading the book instead of just poking around!!

Thank you. She is now up and running.
