Ac Outelets

Valerie just picked up some AC/USB outlets at Costco for the house to replace standard outlets so we can charge stuff without sacrificing the AC plug.

I was thinking about picking up some more for the trailer...anyone do an upgrade like this before? Are the outlets wired just like in the home?

You may want to search for threads on this topic. I recall Cary specifically saying that certain styles won't fit the electrical boxes in the camper. We replaced our AC plug with a model with two USBs and a single 110v outlet. I also posted about how we routed a cable across to the streetside cabinet, so that Alea and I can both charge without having wires dangling all over the cabin, inviting the dog to get tangled in them.
