Hi Jerry,
We bought our used back in Oct. last year. We absolutely love it.
My entire family all went big...sister has 34' class A, Brother has 32' Class A, Dad just upgraded to Class A from Class C. The big RVs are nice and we considered getting one but the more we thought about it, the more we realized that was not the path for us. Since you already have a MicroLite, most of what I am saying is probably familiar to you.
We like that the 560 fits in our garage so no off site storage which is both convenient and cheaper.
We like that it is light and easy to tow.
We like that it is comfortable and stylish
We like that it fits in smaller tent camp sites and not forced into barren RV type sites.
We spend most of our time camping out doors so we really did not need a big motorhome.
We like that it is easier on the gas so we can afford to go camping and not spend a small fortune on fuel.
We like the 560 particularly because of the extra couch space. It gives us a place to sit and relax if the weather turns bad. It gives us a place for our dog to sleep. It gives us a place for our granddaughter to sleep when she starts camping with us.
I would say the construction quality of the CampInn is one of the best I think I have ever seen. However, you probably observed that during your visit.
The stove is amazing and gets water boiling really fast. The combination of outlets (DC/AC) is good, though I would like to see them wrap in some USB outlets as well. Good cupboard space, efficient layout of everything.
Drawbacks? I can't think of any real drawbacks per se. I would say having to do the "inch worm" to get dressed was a little annoying...however, to solve that we use a side entrance tent. I posted a thread in the forum that showed how we made ours. For some a teardrop might feel too small but we just really love ours. We spent a couple of weeks in it over T-Giving and it was great. I do think the extra room of the 560 does help with that some.
I have not yet done much dry camping in it so I cannot really say how well it will do for that (battery and water wise) but there are solutions for that as well. I am looking at a small 2000W generator as well as solar for dry camping power needs. For water, I have a big sparklets type water cooler jug and as long as we use water sparingly, we should be OK.
Since you saw the trailer, the quality, the layout, etc. I'm not sure what else to tell you. Did you have any specific questions?
