Low maintenance - no propane means no furnace or thermostat issues, no gas-lines to replace, no stove maintenance...
No sink means no waterlines or tanks to winterize. Gives a nice big working area for chef style cooking on the stoves you choose.

Very easy to setup shade with the superb bundawn, and expand footprint by side tents and screened room.

Its glamping KISS style.

Actually it's not a side tent like we originally had from Camp Inn. This attaches to the underside of the Yakima Rooftop tent that we have. Yakima calls this the 'Annex' for the tent. It's larger than the side tent from Camp Inn. You can take a look at Yakima rooftop tents and two sizes of annex from this link:
The tent on the camper adds a large sleeping space for two people or more children. The annex is below the tent for protected entry into the camper.
