FOR SALE 2015 560 Ultra for sale - TX - PENDING

December 2015 Camp Inn 560 Ultra (#0786)
Location: Flower Mound, TX
$18,500 (with rooftop tent) $17,500 (without rooftop tent)

This is a gently used Camp Inn trailer that is in excellent condition. It has always been stored indoors. In addition to the standard features that come with the Camp Inn 560 Ultra, this trailer includes the following upgrades and add-ons:
  • Sportbrella large enough to cover the galley
  • Portable 100W Go Power solar panel with cables
  • 10 amp solar charge controller (solar panel is plenty to charge battery)
  • Collapsible shower/changing tent
  • Froli sleep system
  • Yakima roof rack system installed in WI by Camp-Inn
  • James Baroud Vision rooftop tent (very comfortable for two adults) - corner windows do not open as the zipper gets stuck at a seam...there's probably a way to fix if you're handy
  • AMG Battery replaced in 2022
  • 10 gallon propane tank
  • Both tires are new in fall 2023 (typically a 5 year life if you’re new to the forum)
  • Spare tire in the built-in wheel well (new spring 2024)
  • Stock air conditioner
  • Kitchen table extender
  • Coleman 54qt steel ice chest with Cooler Cozy
  • Stainless steel bumper
  • Front Alcan cover
Flaws: A previous owner got some salt above a wheel well creating pitting. Cary said it was cosmetic. We live in Texas with no salt on the roads, so it hasn't grown and no further pitting. Also, the crank handle to raise and lower the teardrop onto the ball hitch is bent. It still works, so cosmetic as well. I attached pics of those as well.

Many great memories made in this teardrop and our kids don’t want us to sell it, but we outgrew it and now have an Airstream to fit everyone. The teardrop is just sitting in our garage unused. Would work fantastic for a family of 4, no matter the age of kids, or with the bunks as many as 6 if kids are small. In our experience, kids start to outgrow the bunks somewhere around the 4th or 5th grade.

Photos are attached. We can be reached either through this forum or by emailing us directly at cfpdouglas54@gmail.com. We have a Texas title in our safe at home.
