I also had a center mounted jack stand with removable caster installed and bought a new side cooler stand/fire extinguisher.

In June I took the trailer in for factory servicing, repair and updates that include brake, bearings and suspension servicing/adjustment, sunroof resealing, repair of a small dent beneath starboard side rear marker light (see pics), upgrade to new hitch design and a new aluminum skin for the hatch. It had a hinge leak that was a known issue for this model year that caused cosmetic damage in the back of a shelf (see pics) but no internal structural problems according to Craig at Camp Inn. The spots on the sides beneath doors can be polished out with a small buffer or elbow grease, will need to polish entire trailer though—Craig demonstrated both methods the results were amazing but I prefer camping to polishing. Tires are in excellent condition and the unit is ready to roll—you just need sheets....and a couple pillows.
Asking price for everything and whatever else I find is $25,000.
