SOLD 2008 Camp-inn 550 Ultra For Sale In North Georgia

Thanks guys. That site sucks but my pics are there. Lipster has it right. It may help to click on all my albums & go from there. Hoping it clears up but getting them to do something is like getting to chat with the Queen of England. Hilditch

    WANTED Camp Inn 550

Gee Claudia, I'm surprised. Not really at all. First go to the top of the page & click Forum list. Then go down to For Sale/Wanted & click there. Start at the top (newest) reading the posts. The titles should say For Sale or Wanted in the title. However some skip that part so you may have...

    A Warning...

An hour of prevention equals 16 nasty hours of cure. One can't wax a tear in an hour but the ratio still applies. As others here can attest, the aluminum mill finish and a buffer get along like a wire brush and fine china. Most just throw in the towel. It's a matter of personal pride...

    A Warning...

I left CI on June 1st. We stayed close and it rained that night and the next day. On the 3rd we stopped back by CI and I pointed out the stains running down the sides, back and front of the tear that remained after a bath. I was given a bottle of Walbernize. The rest of the story can be...

    No Pressure from Propane Tank

Betsey, you really ought to have a propane tank. Ask Craig for one. They help the stove work more better. Hilditch

    Screen house - mosquitoes

Nice weather is camping in Florida from mid April to mid May this year. Highs in the low 80's and lows in the low 70's for 30 days. It did rain one day in the Keys. Hilditch

    VW Beetle

What a call! These are OEM wheels and the SUV option tires, BUT due to a bad axle I had to add a 1/4" spacer to this side to keep the tire from rubbing on the body. Also, they quit making this size tire 2 1/2 years ago so now the next smallest size is the only one that will fit. Since this...

    Tastes Like Trusello Bread

Ah ha! Thank you. I've got a gathering coming up this spring where they want more bread, so I'll give it a go. Frozen & then on ice for a couple of days would be great. I'll try it at home first. Hilditch

    Tastes Like Trusello Bread

Just a little cringe. I experimented with freezing the dough and found I had to add 50% more yeast for it to recover as well as fresh after the second rise. It may have been my bad technique. Glad to hear this can work. Did you let it rise twice or freeze after the first rise? Hilditch

Finally got out of the backyard

That was such a great story about your first excursion and learning experience I can't stop some babble from our experiences. You learned a very important lesson. KOA's are like McD's in that you know what to expect. They have a corporate policy that requires them to be located next to an...

    Itinerary Tear Days Of Summer

Welcome back Cathy. I'm glad you are still keeping watch and that the Pura Vida allows for some alcohol consumption. Or maybe it requires it. Hope to see all of you (hmmm) - the three or more of you in July. Hilditch
