Is there a way to see what our points are up to?

    Locks

One of our cabin doors just will not turn all the way. It goes approximately 160º and that's it. It feels a bit soft at that point but I don't want to force it. I know about lining the pin up to start it, we do that. We end up locking it from the inside. I have tried a silicone lube spray with...

    New Ownership

Thank you for your service to this community, Evan! I've relied on it so many times and been thankful that you pulled it together and held it together for as long as you did. You should feel very proud. Best wishes to you and enjoy whatever free time this generates for you. :-) Lisa

    Single cup coffee makers

Revisiting the K-cup/Keuring thread, we ended up getting one of these manual K-cup coffee makers. I drink decaf, he drinks regular so the cups just make more sense than lugging 2 lbs of coffee. I found this on Amazon and it works well. It's not as large as the electric Keurig maker, which...

    Fort De Soto

Be advised that the area that allows pets is on a lagoon and the noseeums will take you away if it is that time of year! Area 3 is the nicest, get a spot between # 200 to 230 or so...look at the map. Area 1 may have some nice areas too.

Side Tent Anything New In Side Tent?

I don't suppose there's been any technological breakthroughs in the engineering of the side tent? We've had ours since 2012 and we were wondering if any changes have been made.

    David And Becky Olson's Travels

Evan, I can't figure out how to upload my new map either. I've tried copying and pasting. I don't know where to find the URL for where the map photo is stored. I'm using an iPad. Any help would be appreciated.

Power Port In Cabin Not Working

Is there a simple reason why the cigarette lighter socket in the cabin would not be working?

    Best tow vehicle?

We use a Honda Ridgeline. We have a ton of room, added a bike rack to carry the bikes in the bed. The kind where you take the front wheels off and lock the forks to a bar by the cab. The trunk is very spacious, and of course, there's room in the cab for more stuff. It does well on hills. We use...

We will be there too, 2012 550, site #44. And I know of another that will be there also. Lisa and Kevin

    Furnace Not Lighting Initially

We're camping in N. Florida for New Year's (Happy 2017!) and it's cold, mid-20's. Tried the furnace, only cold air then shut self off. I turned it back on and it worked. A few hours later, same thing. Cold air, turned off, tried again, success. Any thoughts? The tank was recently refilled for...

    Out of Gas?

This is interesting. I took mine to refill a few months back and they said it was still full, it wouldn't take any more gas. Now I wonder... We've had our 550 since 2012. We don't cook a LOT but we do cook and have used the heat on a few occasions. Is there an approximate weight it should be...

    REI Alcove vs. REI InCamp

We have the Alcove...it did pretty well, only with the shock cords, but it still ended up pooling water without attention. We may use it again someday for dry weather, it's easier for one person to put up... but we ended up getting a Gander Mtn 10x10 on sale. It has 3 walls which are easy to put...
