    AC solution

The AC unit that came with our camper works effectively down here in Florida. We don't do much camping in the summer because it is really not that comfortable...mostly it's the bugs that are the issue. At Torreya State Park near Tallahassee, Florida back in June it was 94 degrees during the...

    ABOUT CAMPINN CAMPERS

Yes, Sarah...they are GREAT!!! Perfect for taking out on a 3 hour paddle when you're out with the teardrop. Take an hour to look at the website ORU KAYAK. They are only 26 pounds each and are easy to assemble.

    ABOUT CAMPINN CAMPERS

    Food storage

Halleluiah Alcat!! YOU got it! But I am betting that a pack o' coons could open the fridge... We almost ALWAYS sleep with our 1 Door 500 Special open thru the nite...even if it's rainy, you can still position an ALCOVE over the tear to prevent rain from coming in on the sides. That way...

    Food storage

OK people!! That is NOT what I meant... Campgrounds are probably the SAFEST areas in the country... I mean, WHO would really mess with your campsite? Everyone knows that campers are a little CRAZY! I was referring to the critters. You know, the ones that can open up coolers. I was...

    Food storage

Well, All I want to know is... Is there a lock on the refrigerator door? I mean, if you are leaving it in the galley, with the hatch up, and you are gone for a little while... The YETI makes a great bear canister too!!

    Olympic North West 5 Weeks

I don't know if this helps, but we put Macks waterproof earplugs inside the "circle" below the curtains to help with outside water splash. Just pressed them right in, they fit snug and tight and you can pry them back out easily and reuse again. Our 4NA CAN is only a year and a half old so we...
