I contacted sylvox. The one I bought is ac only but they have 3 others that have a rechargeable 12v battery. 15.6 and up so you could have a 27" in there if want. Not sure if you can run them off the usb . They have a usb port so maybe. I bet you could wire it somehow for 12v . The ac adaptor...
