    New Ownership

Great job you have done - Camp-Inn should consider bearing the cost as this forum has been great advertising for their TD. Hard to beat having TD owners answering questions and making suggestions based on ownership experience.

    560 Ultra - 6'+ Question

560 should work fine for you - pillow on the seat - it is pretty flush with the mattress - I am not 6’ - but I use it that way.

SOLD 2011 560 Ultra Raindrop For Sale

Seems like you are pricing your trailer quite reasonable. Wonder if the increased production is bringing the used value down?

Looked into that - but decided not to pursue that route. Thanks for bringing it up as others might have not seen that.

    Build 0766 New Happy Camper

Glad I ran across this about the tongue weight concern - was in the process of designing a bike rack to fit the the tongue where I could mount 2 bikes in-line just over trailer height. Have since changed plans and have designed one for the back of the wrangler that will allow for the bikes to...

Little Guy: A Blast From The Past

We met in I think it was Idaho - I have a picture of your TD and your TV was the bronco then - you were on your way to a family get together. Hard to say how years ago that was. I was traveling with my oldest brother at the time.

    Hypervent?

Hypervent was really designed for use on boats becausw of the condensation generated in confined spaces - much like a TD. Works quite well, Randy is offering a good deal.

I saw you in Moab when you went up and turned around by the McDonalds - tried to walk over and catch you at the light but light turned to quick and you were off heading north through town. Nice set up you have. Bob

    Sighting Camp-Inn Sighting

This evening in Moab - saw a CI 560 with AC with a Subaru TV - They turned at the light by McDonalds before I had the opportunity to walk over and talk to them. Have seen more TD's and small campers than I have seen before - also have seen a great number of the Mercedes Van Campers. Bob

    Sighting Camp-Inn Sighting

Saw a CI 550 on the road in Arches NP today. Saw a total of 8 teardrops today either on the road or parked at campsites. Variety of makes, only the one CI. But, interesting to see that many in a day as I rarely see any. Must really be catching on again. Bob

    Mileage While Towing

I had a pretty good drop in mileage when I towed with my Honda CR-V. Not as much with the Jeeps - but they have more hp and don't get great mileage to start with.

    Interior heaters/furnaces

The oil lamps are a different idea - they do give off quite a bit of heat. Not sure if there is any fire danger concern or oxygen depletion. We use a little ceramic heater.

    Trailer Hitch Tester

I found it worthwhile to have a local RV shop wire in my 7 pin - they do that stuff everyday - no issues that way. Happy travels - Bob
