  2. Hello. Sounds like a great camper. A few questions:
Do you have the rear bumper or 2” hitch?
    Is it SUV height?
    Are you original owners?
Did you ever have pets inside?
Does it have an integrated brake controller?

Any other details you can share?
    Best,
    Andrew

Do you have the rear bumper or 2” hitch? It has the 2" rear hitch. I have the parts/kit for the rear bumper, but I have not installed it. You can have the parts. I also have the mudflaps, which did not fit on our car.

Is it SUV height? It is standard height, which is plenty to ride at the same height as my Subaru Outback, and it would be difficult for me to cook with the stove at the SUV height because the stove is set back. Something to ponder.

Are you original owners? We are the second owners, but the first owners had it built and only took the trip home from Wisconsin to Southern California when they decided they really wanted a giant RV, so we have owned it ever since.

Did you ever have pets inside? No.

Does it have an integrated brake controller? We have the electric brakes and the brake controller. We don't have the parking handle, but we have never missed it.

Any other details you can share? We replaced the battery last year, and have replaced fuses as needed. The passenger-side fly screen has a couple of small holes that have been patched (they were there when we picked up the camper from the original owners). I purchased replacement kits for the kitchen door strike/gasket and an extra table leg as spare parts, but have not installed them. All parts/spare parts will be included. I also forgot to include that it comes with the round-bar roof rack (factory installed). We have a standard BBQ-sized propane tank installed, but still have the cute little tank if you prefer that one.

    I have added more photos.

Hello. Is this 2017 Model 560 Ultra Raindrop in Tuscon still available? Would you take an offer of $13,500?

Since Sarmay hasn't replied to any inquiries since Oct.5th 2021, it's probably safe to say the unit is no longer available, and Sarmay has disconnected from the forum.
It would be nice if the forum moderators could delete for sale posts when the seller is non responsive for a predetermined period of time, say 30 days. This could be made a policy that posters agree to when posting items for sale, and if they want to keep their for sale post active, they could just add a post that the item is still available shortly before the deadline for deletion, thus restarting the clock on their for sale post....just a thought.

That makes sense. But I have seen some campers on here for months before they sell. Perhaps if one is listed for 6 months and hasn't sold it, would require the owner to repost.

Yes, the 30 days was just an example, and not necessarily the correct time frame, but the idea is that folks who take advantage of being able to post an item for sale on this forum at no cost to them, should check back in occasionally to maintain their post. If their item is still available, they can update their post before whatever time frame that has been determined to be satisfactory has elapsed. That would restart the clock on their post for another 30 days or whatever the agreed time frame is.
Frankly, even if it takes 6 months for an item to sell, a once a month check in, and update doesn't seem unreasonable. Forum members then don't waste their time asking if an item is still available, and holding out hope while waiting for responses from a seller whose items are no longer available, and haven't been for 6 months, but who just hasn't bothered to update their post for the item as being sold.
If you look at the very top post in the "For Sale" section of the forum, it's Evan's "Read This Before Posting", and it basically says what I am saying, but without a time frame, but it does say that postings that have inquiries that go unanswered will be marked "Expired". I think the only update to this may be to add a time frame, or even just enforce the current policy.

My opinion is that we find a way to mark them expired or sold after a certain period of silence from the poster. When I was searching for mine, I found previous ads very helpful to get an idea of value and features. Also, these ads often contain some of the best pictures and descriptions of options and configurations available. I'd suggest we make every attempt to keep them live on the forum. I bought mine a year ago (February '21 actually), the day after it was posted and it's still not marked sold. I did post in the ad that I had purchased it in an attempt to let the moderators know that it could be marked sold. I'm sure they all have real jobs though. At least if someone were to read through the ad for mine, they'd see that it was actually sold. Just my 2 cents.

I applaud the fact that you took the time to post that you had purchased the TD to effectively let potential buyers know it was no longer available, which is the objective. Unfortunately that doesn't always happen. I agree that leaving the original for sale post up does help other prospective buyers educate themselves on values, options, etc. so I don't think they should be taken down, just labeled either sold, or expired, so I think we are pretty much on the same page.
